the location was quite buzzing, but that's about it. no bidet in the toilet? ? plus, the new check-in was a disaster, and staff communication was embarrassingly poor. I woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary welcome gift for my troubles, but that never happened. just can't recommend it this time.

i had a lovely stay at pharos during my relaxing spa holidays in seoul. the room was bright, spacious, and very clean, exceeding my expectations. the location was convenient, nestled among great restaurants and bars.
the jacuzzi jets weren't functioning.
